Terms of Service

Article 1 (Application)

These Terms set forth the conditions for using Osarai (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Article 2 (Registration)

Registration is completed when an applicant applies through the method prescribed by the Service and the Company approves the application.

Article 3 (Prohibited Activities)

Users shall not engage in any activity that violates laws or public order, relates to criminal activity, or disrupts the function of servers or networks.

Article 4 (Service Changes and Suspension)

The Company may change or discontinue the Service without prior notice and shall not be liable for any damages resulting therefrom.

Article 5 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.
